Valuable information generated by the Peak-Trace tool is easily migrated for analysis via a simple toggle which allows for customized analysis and model integration. This powerful system enables label-free molecular interaction analysis including, various fit models, kinetics of association and dissociation, affinity constant measurements, concentration determinations, ligand fishing and much more.
 LamdaGen’s Auto-Peak System combines the Peak-Trace and Analysis systems with a fully automated sample handling and delivery system designed for mid to large scale parallel throughput as offered in the LightPath S8+ System. This powerful software tool allows the user to program several automated functions, including multi-sample introduction, flow-rate and volume, temperature, total assay duration and throughput. Auto-Peak is designed for unattended operation with minimal human intervention.
