LSPR-Based OES™ Diagnostic Platform |
LamdaGen’s diagnostic Optical Enhancement System™ (OES™) enables central laboratory-grade quantitation for high-speed plasmonic ELISA assays. OES can facilitate diagnostic detection limits into the femtomolar range, nearly four orders of magnitude lower than that of conventional ELISA assays.
The OES™ plasmonic ELISA platform is fast, highly sensitive and ideally suited for In-Vitro and POC diagnostic systems.
OES leapfrogs the many current qualitative systems that do not meet the highly sensitive and precise quantitative requirements needed for modern Point-of-Care.
P5 OES™ Sensors
While LamdaGen is not a diagnostic company, we license OES directly to diagnostic companies who integrate the OES sensor platform into their existing systems and devices or into advanced systems they have under development.
Our OES sensors are also routinely used by researchers - many of whom have historically used GNP’s or NP’s for their assays. Individual OES sensors are available and being used across the diagnostic field - with detection focus spanning from disease to environmental contaminants to dry gas monitoring to pharmaceutical QC and others.
OES™ Patented Diagnostics Platform
- Breakthrough LSPR technology
- Nano-based biosensor - Stable shelf life
- Ideally suited for IVD & POC applications

- Rapid test results within minutes
Multi-panel POC Disposable
OES ™ Platform for High Sensitivity and Quantitative Diagnostics
LamdaGen’s LSPR is easily grown on virtually any solid support, e.g., polymers, glass, stainless steel, ceramic - and in various shapes and sizes
Works equally well with blood, serum, urine, saliva, milk and other media
Fast, ultra-sensitive, visual results or precisely quantitated
LiteCheck™ Optical Reader and OES™ Sensors
The LiteCheck™ Optical Reader and OES™ Sensors are designed to deliver quantitative results, requiring a drop of whole blood, serum, plasma, saliva, urine or other liquid sample for detection. The compact size and simplicity of the LiteCheck reader allows it to be easily deployed in near-patient settings, from hospitals to physician’s office, to clinics, or any location where rapid on-site results make a difference.
LamdaGen’s has developed OES assays demonstrating clinical level feasibility in areas such as:
- Cardiovascular Health
- Infectious disease
- Cancer biomarkers
- Drugs of Abuse
- Veterinary
