Plasmonic ELISA™

LamdaGen’s diagnostic Plasmonic ELISA enables central laboratory-grade
quantitation for high-speed immunoassays. Plasmonic ELISAs can facilitate
diagnostic detection limits into the femtomolar range, nearly four orders of
magnitude lower than that of conventional ELISA.

LamdaGen biosensors and Plasmonic ELISAs are also routinely used by researchers -
many of whom have historically used GNPs or NPs for their assays. Individual
sensors are available and being used across the diagnostic field – with detection
focus spanning from disease to environmental contaminants to dry gas monitoring to
pharmaceutical QC and others.

Troponin I (cTnI) Quantification
A sensitive biomarker of myocardial injury

ap_note

Troponin I (cTnI):

  • Central to the earlier diagnosis of myocardial infarction (MI)
  • Prediction of outcome: death/MI and further risk
    stratification

Plasmonic ELISA™ Platform Assay:

  • Detect TnI at 0.64 pg/mL
  • Significantly more sensitive than commercial ELISA kits
  • Precise and easy quantitation

LamdaGen’s nano-based LSPR Plasmonic ELISA typically exceeds conventional ELSIA LOD by more than four orders.
